Joseph George, after a stint of over 26 years with Lintas, resigned in September 2017 as the Group Chairman & CEO for India, the Regional President for South & Southeast Asia and a member of the Global Management Committee of the MullenLowe Group network. Acknowledged as one of the more successful advertising leaders in recent times, he double hatted business and strategic planning roles throughout his career. Prior to taking over the agency leadership, he was the Unilever lead at Lintas; with country, regional and global remits on its various brands. As Group CEO, he led and drove Lintas India’s phenomenal run from 2013 to 2017 across Business growth, Creative excellence and Organization reputation; including being ranked unprecedentedly, amongst the Top 5 “Most Effective” agencies in the world for 5 consecutive years during his 7-year leadership that started in 2011.
In September 2018, he founded Tilt Brand Solutions – a strategic and creative enterprise that offers Consulting, Communication & Content services to brands and businesses. Strategic Planning at Tilt is driven by its philosophy of “Full Brained Thinking” - a belief that both, right-brained “Belief” insights and left-brained “Behavior” data, need to be understood and applied adjacently in formulating strategy and storytelling for brands. Tilt’s creative philosophy of “One Brand.
